Establishin a highly effective training program is essential in building strong, knowledgeable, confident leaders.
Training Program
ISCI develops classroom, web-based, and field training tools using updated techniques that allow each individual to enhance their capabilities. We analyze requirements, develop material, write the program of instruction, and conduct training in classrooms and in the field using field service representatives.
Leadership Program
Through strategic partnerships with Retired Military Officers and Academics, ISCI offers two levels of Leadership Training programs that focus on Junior and Executive Level Leaders. The training is specifically tailored and ranges from half-day to four full-day sessions. The programs emphasizes that participants are responsible for their develoment in transforming into an effective and moral leader - while recognizing the organizations' responsibility to create an environment within which this development can take place.
Strategic Planning Process
ISCI offers an improved strategic planning process, Balanced Scorecard, which aids an organization in visualizing and communicating its long-term strategic intent to employees. The Balanced Scorecard is an easy to implement strategic framework that helps align the day-to-day work with the long-term objectives.
