President & CEO | Byron A. Van Epps

As the CEO and Presdent of ISCI, Mr. Van Epps is a highly decorated service disabled Vietnam War veteran who has provided extensive contracting services to the Department of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in addition to numerous other Federal Civilian Agencies since retiring from active service in the U.S. Army in 1988. After successfully building a number of information technology focused disadvantaged businesses serving these customers over the past twenty years, Mr. Van Epps is currently leading ISCI forward into new ventures within the Federal and Private Commercial Sectors.

Senior Vice President of Administration & HR | Jackie Beaudoin

Bringing over 15 years of experience to the position of Senior Vice President of Administration and Human Resources, Ms. Beaudoin employs her extensive knowledge and invaluable insight in Administrative and Human Resources in making ISCI a succesful enterprise. As one of the original employees of ISCI, Ms. Beaudoin has full knowledge of the company's beginnings and its focus on the future. Having worked in both the public and private sectors before joining the staff at ISCI, Ms. Beaudoin understands the human element of business and keeps the company in tune and aligned with the human side of working with people. Ms. Beaudoin holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland.

Vice President | Evan Kleinhans

Formerly the Director of Finance & Accounting, Mr. Kleinhans was formally appointed to the position of Vice President of ISCI in 2011. Prior to joining the ISCI team in 2009, Mr. Kleinhans was a Financial Analyst & Assistant General Manager in the real estate development industry. Mr. Kleinhans has earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from East Carolina University.

Director of Operations | Peter Falzarano

Mr. Falzarano is Director of Operations, responsible for the efficient management of ISCI company wide activities. With over 15 years of experience in Information Technology as a leader of operations and business development teams, his duties have included EVM and BSC metrics creation, business development, business process development, project management, proposal development, recruiting, and resource management. Mr. Falzarano holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame and is an MBA candidate at East Carolina University.

Director of Operations Support & IT | Jim Rouse

Mr. Rouse is a results-driven IT Professional with over 13 years' experience providing hands-on Project Management, Network Administration and Technical Service to support strategic business objectives. A proven project leader and team member dedicated to meeting and exceeding client and corporate goals, Mr. Rouse has a reputation for fostering proactive methods of operational efficieny and building quality cusomer and peer relationships. Mr. Rouse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and multiple industry recognized IT Certifications.
