eFAST is the FAA's preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types:

Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research, or the United States Marine Corps may use this IDIQ for the purpose of acquiring services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities. Services within the 2 Categories with 23 functional area subcategories identified below may be performed under this contract for new and existing product areas, programs, or missions, which are assigned to these activities during the life of the contract. Services to be provided under this contract are categorized into the following categories:

• Engineering Services
• Program Management Services​

Services include evaluating VA systems, personnel, and resources involved in supply movement and procurement, as well as overseeing the transformation of raw materials into finished products and coordinating with channel partners. Support includes demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and balancing supply with VA requirements. Additional services encompass inventory management, risk mitigation, vendor evaluation, cost control, and quality measurement of supplies. Offer expert consultation on identifying inefficiencies, recommending process improvements, and sharing industry best practices to optimize VA supply chain operations and quality management.

ISCI solutions provide flexible access to customized IT solutions with a $50 Billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, GSA MAS allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements and features fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, labor-hour, and time-and-materials task order types, providing greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services, to meet mission requirements.​
